Hi. Depending on how physically fit the person is, it is just a bit difficult, but they have installed steel stairs on the steep parts of the canyon to make it easier to traverse the trail. This is specifically for the Ligai Si Anii Canyon that we went to, and not so sure about the other canyons in the area.
