Complete suit is unnecessary. Business casual is fine or something more relaxed. I believe I wore jeans and a polo. I don't know about their policy if it rains. However, the sinner took place inside and under the roof. If I had to venture a guess, then I believe the tour would not be cancelled if it rains. I'd recommend to check with the company especially the weather will have a downpour or snow. Hope this helps.
