Hi, we are arriving on cruise ship in early december 19 and are thinking of buying a tour, however, your tour picks up at 8.30am and we dont' arrive in Port until 10.00am. Do you amend your tour times to suit the cruise lines arrival?

Hello. I have read a few reviews, not necessarily with this tour operator but over several, that people haven't been able to swim with turtles because it hasn't been high tide. I'm just wondering if this is a frequent occurrence and if there is a place where you are GUARANTEED to be able to swim with turtles because you don't have to rely on the tides. This could be a once in a lifetime, bucket list moment and I don't necessarily want to rely on mother nature if there's a more certain alternative.

We confirm that you can swim with the turtles and if you are staying at a resort in Port Vila, we can tailor the tour so that you can get to turtle bay at high tide to swim with the turtles but if you visiting on a Cruise ship, we can't confirm that you can swim with the turtles because we can only confirm the tides on the day before, but what we can do is that if it is high tide in the morning, we will change the tour around so that you visit the turtles in the morning before going to the other stops just to make sure that you do swim with the turtles as requested. :) I hope the above is acceptable to you and that I have answered you correctly but should you have any further queries, please let me know.
