Not open all day so check the opening times before you get there. The entrance was free. There's not lots to do but it's very interesting if you're into Roman history and enjoy walking around ruins. Full review by LT0606

We arrived at 2pm having been told about the place by a local tourist office only to find there is no entry after 1:45pm and the site closes at 2:30pm - totally ridiculous.Full review by JayFromWellington
We are planning a 2 month trip to Spain and Portugal with a 6 day side trip to Morocco. We are now looking at driving from Ronda to Gibraltar area in one day after spending the previous night and day in Ronda. What is a recommended route to take where we can make a few stops to see historic and scenic sites? We plan to stay close to Gibraltar that evening and arrive there in the morning to do a half day visit in Gibraltar before moving towards Cadiz.
