Please could somebody kindly advise how we unlock the tub and turn up the temperature slightly. It is the Modello J-Spa 20-2V/1 Platinum. It may not be possible but it is set at 37, and once you’ve been in for 10 or 15 minutes, it drops down to low 30’s. Any help on how to turn it up 1 or 2 degrees would be appreciated please. If the tub has been pre set by the parks owner then you cannot up the temp unless they are willing to do that for you. Also if you have lost 8 degrees in 15 mins you are not likely to feel the difference of one or two degrees in a few minutes as it is a large volume of water.
