A friendly greeting on arrival, even though I was a bit late, and was seen quickly. The receptionist was very kind to all the patients arriving after me, and even when answering the phone. Full review by Karen

Back again in ophthalmology for follow up . Waiting so far 2 hours, no change in this department. Standstill except for nurses walking up and down corridor. Seems nothing to do. NHS needs sorting not… Full review by Anonymous
