Stay in the right lane on the Exit ramp, right turn toward the truck lot, then quick left into the Welcome Center. From downtown Utica, follow 790 and 5 East, stay on 5 East passing the Genesee Street South and Genesee Street North exits. Take the utility exit for the truck lot immediate beyond the Genesee Street North Exit. Drive across the truck lot to enter the Welcome Center parking area. For long term and ride share parking, follow signs for Genesee Street South to the DOT Overflow Lot Parking located along the Erie (Barge) Canal.
