How much for a boat ride, 30min should be ok.

It was just a short trip out .a very small waterfall was the only thing you see .an excuse for selling you overpriced drinks .don't bother

Well the market near the harbour open around 10-11 am and so the boats/ferries which take you to some of the beautiful spots of Antalya .
