Can I park my car at KLCC around 10 am on weekdays? Is it quite hard to find a place to park on weekdays?

No, I mean if the underground parking is full on weekdays as people go to work on weekday mornings. I have to make plan A & B first before going to KLCC on weekdays
No, we are not allowed to cycle in the park. As Ziaul mentioned, too many young children are playing and running around the park. Mishaps might happen.
