Hi, Live days happen once a month, see the website for details. The rest of the time the village is like an open air museum, all the buildings are open and staff are on hand. You'll fill a couple of hours any day while Live days need a good half day really. Nearby accommodation - there are plenty of motels in the area. The Bucklands Beach Waterfront motel has the best location and views.
