Our contemporary home sits atop 36 acres with breathtaking views of the hills and valleys. It sits back from the road by 800 feet and offers complete privacy. Watching the sun set in the evenings, observing the star filled sky at night, backyard picnics and campfires, wine on the deck at the end of the day, playing games into the night with family and friends, gourmet dinners with your special person, cozy gatherings and great conversations in the open living space, the list goes on and on. This is the magic of our Ithaca home. The kitchen is clean and well thought out. Quartz counter tops, stainless appliances and all the necessary tools and equipment needed for either soup and a sandwich or a complete gourmet meal. The dining nook comfortably seats 6 people (there is an extra table and four chairs disguised as an entrance table, if needed). There is a gas fireplace and a large screen, smart TV in the living room. A large spa tub in the bathroom.
