Do I need to make a reservation before I go for BBQ?

We only walked the trail and did not see any bbq's grills. If there are some I assume it's first come first serve. Check with the Berkeley Parks and Rec. Department.
Where is the best place to fly kites on the marina? Do you have a map that shows the best spots?
