Is niseko already all covered with snow during end nov to first week of dec? Would all snow activities such as snow tubing, sledding and snow mobile be available during that period?
A:
Usually, all official ski activities will start mid Dec. It may start snowing in end Nov or early Dec but it may not be sustained and many of the snow activities outlets may not be opened.

Hi there I don't think Niseko opens fully until early December if you check the Niseko page it has the dates! Cheers
