There's no time limit, but tickets can only be used once for specific slot times for instance if your going to the highest level you cannot exit down to the bottom deck then return up …

There's no time limit, but tickets can only be used once for specific slot times for instance if your going to the highest level you cannot exit down to the bottom deck then return up again. But you can theoretically stay up there as long as possible but the observation decks themselves aren't big with no seats so it's designed to keep people moving.

I bought my tickets online, where they accepted CCs

You ride an elevator.
